Which areas do you serve?
We serve homes and businesses across Southwestern Ontario and the 401 corridor, including the cities and surrounding communities listed in our service areas. Send your city or postal code and pest problem to confirm scheduling. Further locations can be discussed by arrangement.
Do you treat homes as well as commercial properties?
Yes. Residential service covers household pest concerns. Commercial enquiries can include monthly programs, one-time pre-opening inspections and detailed pest or rodent reports. We confirm the covered pests, areas, visits and reporting before you book.
How much will my pest treatment cost?
The pest, property size, treatment access and number of visits affect the quote. Tell us your city, pest problem and property type. The quote explains the total price, applicable tax, included visits and any separately priced repairs. Requesting a quote does not commit you to a service.
Can I send a photo before booking?
Yes. Send a clear photo and your city on WhatsApp. A photo may help with identification, but some problems need an inspection. Do not approach or disturb a nest or enter an unsafe area to take one.
Do you offer same-day or emergency pest control?
Urgent infestations and stinging-insect calls are prioritised. Same-day attendance depends on your location, access and the schedule. Call or WhatsApp for the earliest available appointment.
What about children and pets during treatment?
Tell us about children, pets and anyone with sensitivities before booking. Preparation, restrictions and re-entry depend on the treatment and product label. Your technician explains the instructions for your property before service.
What follow-up or warranty is included?
Wasp and hornet nest removal includes a 3-month warranty. Cockroach treatment includes free follow-up re-treatment. Your quote confirms the scope, preparation, scheduling and conditions. Other services have their own written terms; a general quote is not an unlimited all-pest guarantee.
